My favorite genres to compose are instrumental dance, smooth jazz/blues and symphonic metal, but lately I've been having fun writing lyrics too. I have lots of unfinished riffs that I look forward to bringing to life. Piano is my favorite instrument so you'll hear a lot of it in my music even if it's not traditionally part of the genre. Wee Hours Studio (weehours.studio) is run by Sheila Carr, who records as Sjeola. By using the site you agree to these terms.
When you get a track or album, it belongs to the email address you check out with. You get your own page to play it any time, with lyrics, a booklet and the cover art. The music streams from this site; it isn't sold as downloadable files. The booklet and cover art can be downloaded.
Anything you bought as a download before keeps working from the Purchases section of your account.
A mix tape is a set of tracks you choose, sold as one purchase. You can keep it, or give it with a link you send yourself. Fan Club members can also have us email it to the person it's for: we send that one email, plus a resend only if you ask for one. Please only give us an email address you have permission to use.
Postcards are free. You choose a track, write a short note, and get a link to share. A private postcard's note fades a day after it's first opened (or after a week if nobody opens it). A postcard marked "Posting it publicly" doesn't fade.
You're responsible for what you write. Notes must not be hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, or used to advertise or spam. We may remove any postcard that breaks these rules, and limit or block anyone who misuses them. There's a daily limit on how many postcards can be sent.
Physical album cards open their music when tapped or scanned. The first person to link a card to their email owns the music on it. A lost or damaged card can be replaced if you contact us; the music stays in your Collection either way.
Accounts are free and use your email address. Your display name, stamps and shared playlists may appear on your public profile; you can turn the stamps off in your account settings. Please choose a display name that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove names that are.
The Fan Club is $3/month. It includes full-album streaming, playlists, lyrics, discounts and other member perks, which may change over time. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep the perks until the end of the period you've paid for. No refunds for partial billing periods.
All music, lyrics, artwork and writing on this site are the original work of Sjeola / Wee Hours Studio. Everything is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, re-uploaded or used commercially without written permission.
Everything played on Wee Hours Radio is original work, written, performed and produced by Sjeola / Wee Hours Studio. Nothing streamed there belongs to anyone else.
The stream is free for personal listening. Playing it in a public or commercial setting (a workplace, store, event and so on) is allowed as long as clear attribution to Wee Hours Studio is visibly displayed. A QR code or sign linking to weehours.studio/radio is enough. No separate license or payment is needed.
Merch is printed to order and shipped by our print partner. Because each item is made for you, sales are final, but if something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
All digital sales are final. If something you bought doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it.
